Sometimes I feel like I'm being held captive bellow
as if I need to stay under because everything looks so tranquil
but when I try to help myself and gasp for air
the whole scene of serenity is obliterated
and everyone else is troubled in rough waters
and I, just trying to breathe, potentially send others into a state of distress
these conflicted emotions torment me so
If I stay under I panic and fade
but if I break above, I send everyone into a chaotic rage
